COUNSELING = CONNECTION

Grade 10 College Planning ~ February 27 during Homeroom

Is your student planning to attend a 4 year college right after high school, and they don’t know where to start?

Remind them to sign-up for our presentation, “Grade 10 College Planning - What should I be doing?” during Homeroom on Tuesday, February 27th from 11:00-11:30 AM in the Theater.

High school counselors will be presenting information about what colleges are looking for, what you should be doing and thinking about each semester, and will share some resources. The goal is to give the sophomores a general overview of the college process so they can plan ahead and ease any potential stress. If time, we’ll play a game!

If your student is interested, they need to sign-up with this Google Form because attendance will be taken. Students are the only ones that can sign-up by using their Frogrock email.

As of right now, this is for students only, but we’ll email everyone the PPT and any resources after the presentation.  As always, please email your assigned counselor for specific questions about your student.

For an all-inclusive step-by step guide on what you should be doing now in the college application process, check-out the College Applications and Admissions Timeline or the College Essay Guy’s website that includes hyperlinks.
