Parking Permit Process
Due to the limited number of spaces available on our campuses, parking at Bainbridge High School and Eagle Harbor High School requires a parking permit. Starting in mid-August a parking application will be made available via email to upperclass students and their parents/guardians. Should there be more requests than the number of spots available, parking permits will be granted by random drawing, with priority given to senior students.
- Students must fill out the application themselves and will need to be logged into their frogrock email to access it.
- Applications are due by the end of the first week of school in order to be considered in the first round.
- If there are spots available after the first round, a second round will be made available.
To be eligible for a parking permit:
- You must possess a current Washington State driver’s license.
- You must have current Washington State vehicle registration.
- You must have the minimum state required insurance coverage.
- ALL student fines must be cleared before a permit will be issued: Check the online payment site to see if your student has fees to pay or items to return.
Parking permits are $250 which will be payable once a student has completed the required steps and has been offered a spot.
Financial assistance may be available on a limited basis. Please check the Fee Waiver & Scholarships page for more information.
Should you have questions after completing the parking application, contact BHS Associate Principal, Mr. Power at jpower@bisd303.org.
