Parking Permit Process

Parking on Bainbridge High School and Eagle Harbor High School campuses is limited. As a result, we typically do not have enough parking passes available for all who request one. Therefore, passes will be granted by random drawing, with priority given to senior students. Starting in mid-August each year, the parking application will be made available to upperclass students interested in parking on campus during the school year.

Seniors and juniors interested in a student parking permit for the 2023-2024 school year may start the application process now. Sophomores may not apply for parking passes at this time.

The application may only be completed by students, and students must be logged into their frogrock account to access the application. The Parking Permit Application Form must be completed by Tuesday, August 29th to be considered.

To be eligible for a parking permit:

* You must possess a current Washington State driver's license
* You must have current Washington State vehicle registration
* You must have the minimum state required insurance coverage
* ALL student fines must be cleared before a permit will be issued: Check the online payment site to see if your student has fees to pay or items to return.

Parking permits are $250 which will be payable once a student has completed the required steps and has been offered a spot.

Financial assistance may be available on a limited basis.  Please check the Fee Waiver & Scholarships page for more information.

Should you have questions after completing the parking application, contact BHS Associate Principal, Mr. Power at jpower@bisd303.org.
