I am very excited to be your teacher as we continue your language learning journey together. I fell in love with French when I was in high school, and took so many classes in college that I became a French major. I added Spanish because I absolutely loved (and still do today) learning languages! Knowing other languages has opened up the world for me, and I hope it does the same for you.

My family and I have lived on Bainbridge Island for 25 years. I'm originally from Portland, and visit Oregon often. I have lived in Washington, Oregon, California, Louisiana, and France. I enjoy spending time with my husband and three children, running, hiking, yoga, crafts, baking, and of course, traveling. My favorite trips have been RVing in the south of France, and snorkeling in the Great Barrier Reef. I have a small dog, Teddy, who understands basic commands in French!
