First day of practice will start at 2:05 on November 17th. Refer to the calendar for all practice days and times.
The wrestling team lifts 3 days a week; Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7-8 am.
We also are on the mats 2 days a week; Tuesday 3:30-5:00 pm and Thursday 3:30-5:00 pm
