Message from the Principal

Dear Families,
We have officially hit the home stretch of the school year! It is an energizing time of year as we begin to see the culmination of months of hard work and growth in our classrooms.

As you plan your schedules for the coming month, please keep in mind that the formal testing window opens on Tuesday, May 5th. Please help us ensure our students feel calm, prepared, and ready to show what they know. For specific details, please refer to the Testing Tab found further down on this page.

On Monday, we held a "symposium." It was a joy to watch our teachers present the collaborative work they have pursued this year to improve student outcomes. Throughout the session, colleagues exchanged "Wows" and "Wonders," providing each other with thoughtful feedback and fresh perspectives. By working so closely toward these shared goals, our educators are modeling the lifelong learning mindset we strive to instill in our students.

Thank you for your continued partnership and for helping us finish this school year strong!

Warmly,
Ruth Medsker

It’s time for 2026 Staff Appreciation Week! 🌸

To celebrate, we’re hosting a luncheon for BHS teachers and staff on Wednesday, May 7. This year’s theme is Pasta-palooza, featuring a build-your-own pasta bar as we recognize the incredible people who do so much for our students every day.

You can help by bringing an item, volunteering at the lunch, or making a donation. Every contribution helps make the day special.

Thank you for your support and generosity. Together, we’ll make this a pasta-tively delicious celebration!
Sincerely,
BHS PTSO
